Yoga is a life practice, a way to live in freedom! It is a practice to culture our perception of living and our expression of Self in this life!
Yoga is a medicine for the mind, body and subtle body energy systems. Rooted in the Vedic sciences; it balances the dosha’s and opens the meridians, balancing your hormones and resets your whole state of being. Flushing new oxygenated blood throughout your whole body systems, improving the efficiency of your respiratory system, digestive system, circulatory, nervous and endocrine systems.
Come to the Garden Route and do some Yoga in Wilderness!
Firstly, Yoga treats and purifies the body and mind from within. Secondly, it is a practice to reconnect ourselves with our Whole Self, to connect intimately to our whole body. Thirdly, it cultures our own body awareness, reconditioning the mind letting go of those past conditioning’s which no longer serve us. To better understand our body and mind, to know they are not separate from each other but all are interwoven together in a web of life. The life of the body, the matter, and the life of the self, the mind, and the life of all existence and all the universe is interconnected and interwoven. Lastly by connecting deeply with oneself, we connect with the essence of creation and we can be brought into blissful meditation!
